Beginning today, I am sharing a three-part, on-demand, seminar on leadership with you. It is based on my 30+ years of experience as well as the research I’ve done on the best techniques we can all use.
The sessions are designed for experienced managers and those who seek to move into a leadership role.
Today, we will focus on adjusting your mindset. Tomorrow you will find a second segment on the “Characteristics of A Leader.” That will be followed on Thursday with a session designed towards helping you create your own leadership strategy.
